Terms of Service

Manifestation Coaching and/or Akashic Records Readings is a service that provides personal coaching to specific individuals and/or groups. The client is aware that coaching is in no way to be construed or substituted as psychological counselling or any other type of therapy or medical advice.

Daria Lebedeva will at all times exercise her best professional efforts, skills and care of ensuring her client is coached to meet their manifestation coaching aims and goals. The client understands and acknowledges the coach will not be liable legally or otherwise for the actions the client may or may not undertake as a result of the coaching sessions. No assumption of responsibility is made or given, and the client requesting such advice agrees not to hold the provider responsible or liable in any form or fashion, for such actions taken of their own accord.

The method and process by which this advice and direction are given in whatsoever, written or verbal, constitutes an agreement or liability on the part of the provider and is acknowledged to be different in many ways from clinical and medical counselling. The client agrees that using any of these manifestation coaching services are entirely at their own risk. Manifestation coaching services are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including without limitation any warranty for information services, coaching, uninterrupted access, or products and services provided through or in connection with the service.

This service is requested at the client's own choice and with inherent singular responsibility. Any actions or lack of actions, taken by the client of such advice is done so solely by choice and responsibility of the client and is neither the responsibility nor liability of the provider.

The client takes full responsibility for the decisions they make after being coached as well as the consequences. The client enters into coaching with a full understanding that they are responsible for creating their own results. Periodically, the provider may provide links to other websites or written print material that may be of value, interest and convenience to the client. This does not constitute an endorsement of material at those sites or any associated organisation product or service. It is the responsibility of the user to make their own informed decision about the accuracy of the information at those sites and print material including their privacy policies. In no event shall the provider be liable.

Cancellation Policy

Any missed/cancelled sessions will be considered forfeited and are non-refundable. In cases of emergencies or session time change requests, Daria Lebedeva will try to arrange alternatives, but this cannot be guaranteed. To request a session time change, please notify Daria Lebedeva at least 24 hours in advance. Daria Lebedeva will also provide the same courtesy if she needs to reschedule (where possible).

The client agrees that the session/program/reading will not be able to be refunded once payment (full or partial) is made.

Confidentiality

Daria Lebedeva is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ZB690258) and any information that is kept is subject to the Data Protection Act 2018 (DPA 18) and United Kingdom General Data Protection Regulation UK-GDPR. Further details can be found in the Privacy Notice. By accepting these terms of service you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Notice.

As a member of CTAA Daria Lebedeva is bound by their Code of Ethics to protect a client’s confidentiality. Therefore, everything discussed is confidential except in certain circumstances, which are listed below.

Daria Lebedeva reserves the right to break confidentiality if she thinks that the client has become a danger to themselves or other people. She will attempt to discuss this with the client first, but this may not always be possible. Daria Lebedeva is not bound by confidentiality if in good faith she feels that she can assist in the prevention or detection of a serious crime, this includes safeguarding issues regarding children or vulnerable adults, crimes regarding substantial financial gains and losses, and acts of terrorism.

By accepting these Terms of Service the client acknowledges that they have read every word carefully and understand and agree to the contents.
