Welcome to Enlightened Soul Tribe. By accessing or purchasing any product or service from me (Daria Lebedeva), you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are here to protect us both and to make sure your experience is supportive, transparent, and clear.

1. Overview

These Terms of Service apply to all:

• 1:1 sessions

• Digital products (audio/video practices, eBooks, guides, etc.)

• Workshops, masterclasses, or events

• Spiritual services (e.g., Akashic Records readings)

• Bundles or promotional offers

By purchasing any of the above through my website (enlightenedsoultribe.com) or Payhip store, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. 1:1 Sessions

Booking:

Sessions must be booked via the instructions provided after purchase. You are responsible for booking your session within the time period stated.

Rescheduling:

You may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions or late cancellations are considered forfeited and non-refundable.

Refunds:

By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations ends once the session has been scheduled or preparation has begun. 1:1 sessions are non-refundable once delivered. If you purchase a multi-session package and wish to discontinue, you may request a partial refund for unused sessions within 14 days of purchase (subject to review).

3. Digital Products

This includes any downloadable content such as but not limited to audio/video practices, eBooks, or PDF guides.

Access & Delivery:

Products are delivered automatically via email after purchase. If you experience technical issues accessing your product, please contact me at daria@enlightenedsoultribe.com.

Refunds:

All digital products are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. This is in line with UK/EU consumer law for digital goods. By purchasing, you consent to waive your right to a 14-day cancellation period for instant-access digital content.

4. Use of Digital Content

When you purchase or access any digital product, course, workshop, or resource from me (Daria Lebedeva), you are receiving a non-transferable, non-exclusive, and non-sublicensable license to use the content for your own personal and non-commercial use only. This means you may enjoy the content in your own time and space, but you may not share it, resell it, or pass it on to others.

All content—whether written, visual, audio, or energetic in nature—remains the intellectual property of Daria Lebedeva, unless otherwise stated. By purchasing or receiving access to this work, you agree that the content is licensed to you, not sold, and that you do not obtain any ownership rights over the material.

You are welcome to:

• View, read, or listen to the content on your own devices for your personal use.

• Share brief quotes or insights publicly, as long as clear credit is given to Daria Lebedeva and the original title or offering is mentioned.

You agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, resell, upload, or share any of the digital content (in part or whole) with others.

• Claim the content as your own, or use it in any commercial or derivative work (e.g., courses, workshops, websites, books, social media content) without written permission.

• Use the material in ways that breach the spirit of this agreement, such as attempting to decompile, alter, or inject malicious code, or use the content for unlawful or harmful purposes.

This content is born from deep soul work, care, and intention. It’s offered to support your personal journey, and I kindly ask that you honour it as sacred, respecting the energetic and legal boundaries set here.

5. Workshops, Masterclasses & Live Events

Access:

Workshop links and details will be sent via email prior to the event. Please check your email and spam folder.

Replay Access:

If a replay is offered, it will be accessible for the time period specified (typically 7–30 days).

Refunds:

Due to the energetic preparation involved, workshops and live events are non-refundable once booked. If you can’t attend live, you may access the replay (if available).

6. Energetic & Spiritual Services

This includes Akashic Records readings, intuitive guidance, and energetic support offerings. These services are offered in good faith as tools for insight, reflection, and empowerment. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice.

Access & Delivery:

Products are delivered via your provided email within the time period specified (typically 7–30 days).

Refunds:

By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations ends once the spiritual reading or service has been scheduled or preparation has begun. All spiritual readings and services are non-refundable once delivered, due to their personal and energetic nature.

7. Legal

By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are over the age of 18 and responsible for your own decisions and outcomes. I do not guarantee specific results from any product or service — your journey is beautifully unique, and your results depend on your openness, commitment, and timing.

The services, products, and guidance offered are intended for personal growth, education, and emotional support. They are not a substitute for professional advice. By purchasing, you acknowledge that these offerings do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and should not be relied upon as such. Always consult a qualified professional for matters requiring expert care.

These services are offered from the UK and governed by UK law.

8. External Resources & Shared Links

From time to time, I may share links to external websites, written resources, or products that I feel may support you on your healing or spiritual journey. Some of these links are purely for inspiration and reflection, while others may be affiliate links — meaning I may receive a small commission if you choose to make a purchase, at no additional cost to you.

Please know that I only share resources I truly believe in, have personally explored, or feel could be of genuine value to those I work with. Your trust means everything to me, and I’m committed to transparency and integrity in everything I offer.

It’s important to use your own discernment when engaging with any external content, and I encourage you to review their privacy policies and terms before sharing personal information. I cannot be held responsible for the accuracy, practices, or content of any third-party websites or materials shared.

When Confidentiality May Be Broken

Everything shared in our sessions is held in confidence, unless there is a rare and serious reason that requires disclosure. I may break confidentiality only if:

• I believe, in good faith, that you or someone else may be at serious risk of harm

• There is a legal obligation to report information — for example, in the case of:

  • A safeguarding concern involving a child or vulnerable adult

  • Prevention of a serious crime (including terrorism)

  • Situations involving substantial financial fraud or loss

Whenever possible, I will aim to speak with you about this first, but in some urgent cases this may not be feasible.
